Burnaby, B.C.BCLiving is excited to announce the launch of and the brand’s first product line, ‘Love Where You Live’ T-shirts.

The shirts were first created as part of BCLiving’s February 2015 ‘Love Where You Live’ feature. In this issue, local celebrities like Jillian Harris, Todd Talbot, Fiona Forbes, Sophie Lui and others provide guides to their respective neighbourhoods wearing their local T-shirts. Following huge popularity on social media and multiple requests about where to get the shirts, BCLiving is thrilled to make them available for sale.

“It's exciting to see an editorial idea we had months ago materialize into an actual product,” says BCLiving editor Janine Verreault. “Vancouverites have a lot of pride in where they live, so why not wear that pride? People come from all over the world to be here, but we’re the lucky ones who get to call it home.”

Launching today, the cotton blend T-shirts retail for $34.99. The women’s version features a trend-setting gold-foil print on a soft heathered cream in five ’hoods: The Drive, Mount Pleasant, Kitsilano, North Shore and Yaletown. The men’s come in a bold white print on charcoal grey in five ’hoods: The Drive, Mount Pleasant, Kitsilano, North Shore and West End. The shirts are available in sizes small to extra large with partial proceeds going to the YWCA. Additional neighbourhood designs will be available upon demand.

More information on the T-shirts can be found in the February 2015 issue of BCLiving – available on newsstands, select retail locations, the iTunes store and online at – as well as in conversation with #LoveWhereYouLive (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).

T-shirts are available for purchase at and will be on sale at BCLiving’s ‘Ask a Designer’ booth at the BC Home + Garden show from February 18-22 at BC Place Stadium.
